Parents elect Boys Lacrosse board president, Dr. Lisa DeForest. Lacrosse is in the position to become a High School CIF approved sport. “We believe that Dr. DeForest has the experience to set up the team for the future” Constance Burke, parent. In a short welcome, Dr. DeForest outlined the need to write bylaws, term limits, and fundraise to support the players.
2017-2018 Coach Chris Cornels presents Dr. Lisa DeForest with the Murrieta Valley boys Lacrosse Team Doctor Award for helping Lacrosse players stay healthy and injury free. Dr. DeForest volunteered her time and attended every game to support the team. From taping ankles, knees, elbows and you name it, Lacrosse caused it. “Dr. Lisa was and will continue to be essential in helping the sport of Lacrosse”
Dr. Lisa DeForest opens new office in Murrieta. Dr. Lisa will have two locations to serve her community. In practice for over 20 years, from family practice to sports medicine Dr. Lisa loves to help her patients. Certified in many specialties from Department of transportation exams, sports medicine, and nutrition. Dr. Lisa is excited to expand her community involvement with her new office in Murrieta. The chamber of commerce welcomed Dr. DeForest and her staff with a ribbon cutting attended by community dignitaries’, City Staff, ambassadors and many patients.
